Peter Pratt the DHC Founder, Juice Fast – Day 10

Posted by:

Day 10 is exciting because nobody expects to hit double digits and yet here we are!

The question now is where to from here? Ultimately if you sit back and thing about the fact that 10 is under your belt the idea of making it a two week period is interesting and exciting idea but one that at this point in time should be easily visualised. That is not to say that there are no difficulties, juicers sometimes can experience the “missing my food issue,” or the desire to chew hard food or even the social aspects  of eating that people enjoy so much. On the flip side the benefits at this stage are huge. The period of time from day 10 to day 14 will take a person to the end of the detox period.
