Day five for someone who has clean eaten, in other words not indulged in factory assembled foods is often a day where energy comes in such abundance that something has to be done to burn it off. For someone that is juicing full time but they have been consuming the typical western diet full of factory assembled foods the energy usually comes somewhere in the later periods of week two or in week three.
