South East Melbourne Diabetes Support Group

History & Purpose History & Purpose
The South East Melbourne Diabetic Health Clinic Support Group was formed after 5 programs being successfully run over the past 3 years in the South East Melbourne area.

It’s time now to catch up and support each other and learn more exciting things about health and the foods that help make us healthy and then help keep us healthy.

Our aim is to help each other to continue on this journey and help others start their journey!

As a group we have made changes to our lifestyle that have profound effects on our health and we want to, in a volunteering capacity, help people that are struggling with the issues that we have overcome.
