A nice alternative for a dinner side salad. Its sweet flavour compliments most meals. We love it with the zucchini fritters.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 a head of sweet cabbage
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 spring onion
  • 5 radishes
  • 1 handful of sultanas (organic and sugar free)
  • Virgin cold pressed olive oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Cracked Pepper
  • Chilli flakes

Method:

  1. Finely shred cabbage, grate carrot, chop spring onion and radishes.
  2. Add olive oil and seasoning to taste. Mix well.
  3. Can be stored in a fridge overnight to bring out all the flavours.
