Get all the goodness of raw oats without cooking.

There is some preparation. You will need to think about breakfast the night before. This is a very easy recipe to make. Once you add all the other ingredients what a way to start you day.

Ingredients:

  • 4 – 5 tbs raw organic oats
  • 3 – 4 raw dates
  • 1 cup almond milk (Home Made)
  • 1 tbs LSA
  • 1 tsp of Chia seeds
  • 2 tbs Raw organic currants
  • 1 banana

Method:

  1. Place oats and chopped dates in a bowl. Add almond milk and leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. In the morning add all other ingredients and top up with almond milk. If desired warm in microwave. After warming add slices of bananas and then the currents.
  3. Mix through and enjoy.
