Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of coconut water
  • ½ cup of almond milk (prefer homemade)
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup of quinoa flakes
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 4 prunes or 3 dates
  • 1 tbs goji berries
  • Cacao nibs

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients except for cacao nibs to blender.
  2. Blend to achieve required consistency.
  3. Pour into bowl and sprinkle cacao nibs.

Serve fresh.
