Flavour variations are easy by substituting fruits. Be daring and experiment with any fruit you like.


Ingredients for 1 – 2 servings:

  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • ¼ cup of LSA
  • 1 cup of hazelnut milk (can use almond milk)
  • ½ a banana
  • 1 chopped nectarine (substitute with any fruit of the season, mango or blueberries are particularly flavoursome).
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 4 tbs Organic Currants

Method:

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend for 20 seconds or to desired consistency, pour into a bowl and enjoy.
