The benefits of all the seeds and nuts in it, as well as the lack of added processed sugar make it a nutritious snack for any time of the day. You will also find that it is quite filling as well, so you not only enjoy this great snack but you end up feeling satisfied.

Ingredients:
½ cup chopped Dates
5 Tbs Tahini
½ cup Cashews (chopped)
2 Tbs of Hazelnut meal (optional)
½ cup of organic honey (or less to taste)
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
½ almonds or walnuts
4 corn or rice cakes (crushed)
½ cup rolled oats
1 egg
2 tbs cold pressed organic coconut oil

Method:
Blend the nuts to your liking, leaving some chunky for a bigger crunch effect. Add all other ingredients including the lightly whisked egg. Mix with a wooden spoon (might need to add a tiny bit of Coconut Oil if too thick) and place in a small rectangular form lined with baking paper.

Bake in moderate oven for about 25 minutes.

Let cool in the baking tin, then cut into finger size bars and serve. Enjoy.
