Another variation of our favourite breakfast alternative that leaves you satisfied for hours, making most of our beautiful summer fresh fruit. It’s quick to make, and goes down smoothly in a flash. Giving you many benefits that your average cereal, or coffee and toast could never compete with.

The goodness of mango, banana then with an addition of some goji berries and chia seeds-packed with omega 3 and calcium, will definitely leave your stomach feeling satisfied and your body being content.

Ingredients:
1 fresh ripe juicy mango
1 banana
2 Tbs organic plain yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt)
1 cup of almond of Coconut water
½ cup of almond or rice milk
1 Tbs of chia seeds
1 Tbs LSA or almond meal
1 Tbs fresh organic Flex Seed Oil
1 Tbs of Goji berries

Method:

Blend all ingredients in a good quality blender and enjoy. If you prefer, a couple of dates can be added for sweetness.
