Ingredients:

Clumps of Lemon Grass
1 Cup of water
Coconut sugar to taste

Method:
1.Peel the outer layer of the lemongrass leaves and discard them. Leaving them will give your tea a bitter taste.
2.Boil the water and the peeled leaves
3.Boil the water on slow for 20 min
4.Add coconut sugar if required
5.Strain and drink hot.

To serve cold follow the recipe, let cool then refrigerate. Served cold it makes a sensational summer drink.
