Greetings,

It never ceases to amaze us how the story in relation to what is healthy and was in not healthy keeps changing. It seems that one day eggs are all the go and then they are not. Then red meat is good but then it’s not, then milk and then not, then wheat and then not, and so it goes on and on. What is one to believe?
Today we are going to give you a tried and tested method for knowing what is beneficial for you health. There are now many studies and so much data on the subject that if you are well informed it is very difficult to make a mistake. Ultimately we have to remember one thing. Every time we eat or drink we are either feeding a disease or we are fighting a disease. The question is which one do you prefer to be doing?
 

This week we posted a story about a new food pyramid that Australia now is blessed with. Amazingly the food pyramid does not contain any processed food. We encourage you to read it. You will find the link to it below. It has references to many studies that confirm the fact that non processed foods are the fountain of health that people are looking for.

Here is the simple truth. If you want health keep all processed foods out of you mouth. There is a few exceptions and wheat is one of those. The wheat that we eat today is call semi dwarf wheat and it has a whole range of problems, however if you were to eat spelt wheat, the wheat that was grown before the genetic modification occurred and as long as it’s not processed, in other words wholemeal, than it is fine.

It seems that wherever humans have fiddled with foods there are problems. Here is a question that will make you think.

Do you trust your health to food companies or to nature?

Over the history of medical studies it is obvious that there are many problems with factory made foods. It is also true that if a food is eaten that is as grown and unmodified then the issues cease to exist.
