Greetings,It never ceases to amaze us how we refer to real food. Often we hear statements like “alternative food.” What on earth does this mean? We are guessing that alternative foods are foods which are perceived not to be as readily available as modern day processed foods. Lets for one moment have a think about this.In our modern day society we now have packaged foods available everywhere. As a matter of fact they are so prominent that everything else is called alternative.  These modern day, factory made foods consist mainly of mono-nutrients like processed sugars, simple carbs, hydrogenated oils, processed salt, chemicals and so on. Let us for one moment apply some logic to the question of alternative. Whole, as grown and unmodified foods have been around for thousands of years and in the last hundred or so man has modified them to the point where they are the main cause of chronic diseases and for some reason we have decided to call the foods that have been around for thousands of years alternative. We can’t see how this is right can you? It is the processed foods that should be called alternative foods. We will go even one step further, these modern day factory made, processed foods should be labeled as counterfeit foods as they don’t even come close to foods that are unmodified. The original food is safe and healthy. It normalises and maintains your weight all while keeping the chronic diseases away. Now that has to be good doesn’t it? And the taste? Well if yo know what to do it is just unbelievably stunning.

Looking at this situation we have decided to launch a new series of videos. The series is called “Jo’s Kitchen” The format is simple. We take a counterfeit processed food, we see what the food industry puts inside these foods and what they are expecting us to eat. Jo then shows you how to make the original right in her own kitchen and then after doing the taste test we find out what the health benefits are of eating these wonderful fun and easy to make dishes. You won’t want to miss an episode.
