Ingredients:

  1. ½ a Chinese cabbage
  2. 3 dill cucumbers
  3. 4 cm of leak
  4. 1 small bunch of parsley
  5. 2 tbs lemon juice
  6. 1 tbs of cold pressed olive oil
  7. Himalayan salt and cracked pepper

Method:

  1. Shred cabbage, cut the cucumbers and leak into small pieces, chop the parsley and mix all vegetables.
  2. Add the lemon, olive oil salt and pepper.

Makes approximately 700 grams of salad.
