Ingredients:

  • 3 Medium beetroot.
  • Fresh horseradish to taste.
  • Pinch of himalayan salt .
  • Organic maple syrup to taste

Method:

  1. Cook the beetroot without peeling until almost soft.
  2. Set aside to cool.
  3. Peel and grate finely.
  4. Grate the fresh horseradish.
  5. Add the pinch of salt and maple syrup. Mix and serve.
