Bean patties are easy and quick to make. They are tasty, as a matter of fact, delicious. They make a very satisfying meal with some huge health benefits.

Beans are known to:

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup white or brown beans
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 Cup of raw oats
  • 1 Tsp of marjoram leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp of Basil
  • Himalayan salt & cracked pepper to taste
  • Natural unprocessed bran

Method:

  1. Soak beans overnight and cook until soft. Once cooked drain the water.
  2. Mince beans using a mincer.
  3. Soak oats in warm water for 10 minutes and then squeeze the water out.
  4. Fry onion on a small amount of cold pressed virgin olive oil.
  5. Mix all the ingredients. Add in finely chopped garlic. Add the himalayan salt and cracked pepper to taste.
  6. Once mixed for patties, cover them with the bran.
  7. Fry on cold pressed virgin olive oil.
