Banana Ice Cream

Ice-cream is a dish that is considered a treat and as treats go most ice-cream is unhealthy, loaded with sugar and in many cases some nasty chemicals. This one ingredient ice cream changes all of this.

Made from banana it has an incredibly creamy texture, is smooth full of taste and delivers some serious health benefits.

Banana is great for diabetics as because of its high fibre content it lowers blood sugar levels, they lower blood pressure and are excellent for heart health due the the fibre, potassium, vitamin c and vitamin b6 that they contain. As an added benefit bananas contain an amino acid called tryptophan which has been shown to preserve memory and also improve the mood of a person.
