It’s very simple, fast, and inexpensive. You will never crave cows milk again.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of organic almonds 
  • 3-4 medjool dates-pitted 
  • Pinch of Himalayan salt 
  • 4 cups of filtered/purified water 
  • 1 tsp of pure Vanilla essence

Method:

  1. Soak the nuts overnight in a bowl of water in the fridge.
  2. Rinse the nuts well, then add them to your blender with the other dry ingredients till starting to turn into flour.
  3. Add water and keep blending until fluffy and white.
  4. Poor through a fine sieve/cheese cloth and enjoy.
  5. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days in a glass bottle.

This recipe makes around 1 litre of milk
