Micro Nutrients versus Macro Nutrients

Greetings,

A couple of newsletters back we had a look at juicing, the question is what is the point of it?

While juicing, you are ingesting mass nutritions is one thing but did you know that there is nutrition and then there is nutrition?

Let us explain, Nutrition comes in 2 forms:

1. Macro nutrients
2. Micro nutrients

Today our modern day world ensures that we predominantly eat macro nutrients. The question is what are macro nutrients?

Here is the definition of macro nutrients:
An essential nutrient required in relatively large amounts, such as carbohydrates, fats, proteins, or water; sometimes certain minerals are included, such as calcium, chloride, or sodium.

Then there is micro nutrients and here is the definition of micro-nutrients:
A substance, such as a vitamin or mineral, that is essential in minute amounts for the proper growth and metabolism of a living organism.

The question is which one sounds more important to you?

Here is the rundown. Macro nutrients are animal products, so meats, diary & eggs are all classed as macro nutrients. These are nutrients which do have benefits, however they contain some unwanted elements. For example, elements like saturated fats which are not beneficial for your cardio vascular system. Also macro nutrients need to travel through a persons whole digestive system to be extracted out of the food that has been consumed. Micro nutrients on the other hand supply a person with the nutrients in a much more efficient way.  In a case where where a juice is consumed the juice is absorbed into the blood stream predominantly through the stomach walls. Micro nutrients is the nutrition that a cells use at a cellular level. This is the very nutrition that keeps your cells running well and the very nutrition that the immune system uses to perform any repairs that may be required.

Lets not forget that one singe cell is a very completed structure. There are many processes that occur within a singe cell. Once you understand just how complex once singe cell is it is easy to understand just how crucial it is to give those cells the right fuel ti ensure that they are able to perform at their peak. It is when the cells perform at their peak that health is good and isn’t that what we all want?

There are many people today which do not consume any macro nutrients, as a matter of fact health conscious people have started a bit of a trend. When you decide to start eating just micro nutrients you will find that you will feel amazing, you will loose weight, as long as you are not eating processed foods and you health will be at a optimum level.

Why not make the change and reap the massive rewards that come with optimum health.
