Peter Pratt the DHC Founder, Juice Fast – Exercise

Posted by:

A lifestyle change is one of the most important things that a person can embark on. People who complete a juice fast realise just how damaging our modern western diet is to health and although food is important, exercise cannot be forgotten. Most people in our modern day society don’t do anywhere enough exercise. Unfortunately exercise is something that when it is done needs to be scheduled into our busy lifestyle but for our health’s sake an exercise activity should be very high on our priority list.

When a person eats well, that is excludes factory assembled foods and then exercises they are getting back to a position where the body can function correctly. The combination good healthy food, exercise, good quality sleep is the key to giving yourself the best possible chance of being and staying healthy.

We are designed to move, the trick is to work out what you enjoy and start moving.
