Peter Pratt the DHC Founder, Juice Fast – Day 6

Posted by:

Day six in the context of juice fasting is a very special day. For the majority of people once they get through day 6 they no longer have any more sugar cravings.  This is when things get easier unless you have a big social event. Social events where there are family and friends can be very difficulty and I have seen many people struggle more with peer pressure than even the sugar cravings. If you are juice fasting but you have been consuming no factory-assembled foods for a lengthy period obviously the sugar cravings are not an issue, however the social aspect of eating can be.

On Day 6 of my juice fast I had a big social event to attend, which began in the afternoon and then spiltg over into the evening. Watch as I head into the war zone!
