I was diagnosed as a Type 2 diabetic. I was reliant on medication to control blood glucose levels. I was suffering the effects of diabetes on my body, lack of circulation, tingling feet, legs, arms and hands. Really uncomfortable at times.

By attending the Diabetic Health Clinic Lifestyle Program I received more information than I had ever received from doctors and diabetes health clinics.

The program was so professional and yet so easy to understand.

Those of us who where involved became a small group of good friends and we enjoyed hearing about each others progress and results. It was rewarding and fun to keep in touch with each other. I looked forward to my Tuesday evenings with interest and excitement. Peter was so good at giving us the proper information and made it a fun place to be. We all felt we were in a positive environment. The mood was that we knew there was a light at the end of the tunnel if we persevered.

After implementing my lifestyle change I have not had to take my medication. My diabetes is now under control with diet only. Each day I feel my body recovering from the effects of diabetes. It’s a nice feeling indeed. My future looks healthy now and that is an amazing feeling in itself.

If you are thinking about joining the program do not hesitate.

If you wish to have a healthy future you will never look back. Keep to the guide lines and you can’t go wrong. You will be taken through every step of the way so you do not have to do this alone. Remember Peter has done this himself and knows how to achieve amazing results. Get on board, and go with the flow, health wise it will be the best thing you could ever do..

Learning new eating habits has been such an eye opener and large learning curve but well worth it. Now I know what I can and can’t eat it has taken all the headaches out meal preparation.

It just feels so good to feel so good.
